Dr. Nancy Bains completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee Wisconsin. She has been in practice in the Twin City area for over 17 years. Dr. Bains is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She enjoys the entire spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Bains is seeing patients at Fridley Medical Center and Blaine Medical Center.

Multicare is proud to announce the opening of a new Blaine Medical Center clinic at 11855 Ulysses Street NE. The former site was at 12175 Aberdeen Street NE. At the new site, Multicare will continue to offer physicians in the following specialties: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN and General Surgery. In adddition, the new facility has a pharmacy, eye clinic, diagnostic imaging center (MRI, CT and Ultrasound) and physical therapy.

Dr. Khayat completed his residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, where he was Chief Resident. With a love for delivering babies and advanced training in all OB/GYN needs, Dr. Khayat welcomes the opportunity to meet new patients and provide skilled and compassionate care. Dr. Khayat is seeing patients at Fridley Medical Center and Blaine Medical Center.

Dr. Carole Vincent joined the Surgery Department at Multicare. Dr. Vincent will be seeing patients at Fridley Medical Center and Blaine Medical Center. Dr. Vincent performs a wide range of surgery procedures and her special interest is laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Shelia Flynn joined the Family Medicine Department at Multicare. Dr. Flynn will primarily be seeing patients at Roseville Medical Center. Dr. Flynn’s special interests include Women’s Medicine and Preventive Medicine

Dr. Jane Hess Jaszewski joined Multicare at Roseville Medical Center July 1, 2003. Dr. Hess Jaszewski has been in practice in the Roseville area for the past 10 years. In addition to family medicine, Dr. Hess Jaszewski does obstetrics and is certified in sports medicine.

Access Quality Care System, of which Multicare Associates is a member, received the Silver Award from Buyers Health Care Action Group BHCAG. The award is in recognition of the excellent work done in diabetes management during the year 2001.
