Multicare Associates is a provider-owned and operated clinic offering medical services in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Our three clinics are conveniently located in Fridley (just east of Unity Hospital), Blaine (near the intersection of Highway 242 and Highway 65), and Roseville (in the Twin Lakes Health building at the corner of Fairview and County Road C). We are primary care providers for many Minnesota medical insurance plans.
